Content & Website Ownership

To cancel an 1-year website agreement, we may require the remaining balance.


All month-to-month services require 30 days' written notice to cancel. Acceptable methods of notification include mailing the cancellation request to 1430 Vantage Ct., Ste. 103 Vista, CA 92081 or emailing info@goberewarded.com or an applicable GoBeRewarded employee. Photo files, video files, and/or domain name transfer will be provided upon request within 14 days of cancellation. RAW photo files and video footage are typically not available.


Upon cancellation of a website, we recommend working with a web professional to migrate content and set up hosting.

Cancellation Policy

All original website content, copy, photos, videos, and other creative materials produced by GoBeRewarded specifically for a client belong to that client. Third-party software, licensed assets, and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. Upon cancellation, client-owned website content and digital assets can be provided or transferred upon request. GoBeRewarded may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

Payment, Refund & Agreement Policy

All setup fees and payments are nonrefundable unless otherwise specified. Invoices are due within 14 days, and accounts with past-due balances may have services suspended.


Payment of an initial invoice constitutes acceptance of the applicable GoBeRewarded Service Agreement, including the services, payment obligations, service term, cancellation policy, and other terms outlined in the agreement.


All invoices reflect services rendered or fees agreed upon for the applicable service period.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute, services may be immediately suspended. Any outstanding balance and applicable chargeback fees must be paid before services are restored, files are delivered, or additional work is performed. Clients with billing concerns should contact us directly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.

Credit Cards & Retainer Payments

All recurring retainer credit card transactions will include a 3% convenience fee. To avoid this fee, please provide a voided check so we can bill via bank account transfer (ACH).
