Congratulations to GoBeRewarded Aaron Gobidas for completing the Pathfinders Apprenticeship Program and graduating with the class of 2021.

The
Awaken Pathfinders program is designed to awaken men and women to a higher calling and influence every pillar of culture in San Diego.  It is a program organized and sponsored by Awaken Church in San Diego.    Gobidas participated in the 5-month apprenticeship program, which is geared toward an elite group of professionals who participate in weekly in-depth training, contests, and conversation on the culture and skills to expand their territory.

Pathfinders Apprenticeship Program

The goal for graduates is to obtain the wisdom and knowledge to impact the city of San Diego for generations to come.   Graduates like Gobidas, make a 5-month commitment and attend “classes” every Tuesday night.  There are also events with high-impact keynote speakers from the San Diego County area.

“Pathfinders was unlike any other group I have been a part of,” said Gobidas. “I would describe it as a mix of a Ted talk, book club, and business mastermind."

Participants must be actively involved in their church community and share the same faith.  The group of students become a tight knit group by the end of the program.

“Through Pathfinders, I was able to meet a group of like-minded professionals that were of the same faith, active in the ministry, and working toward a greater cause with similar goals,” said Gobidas.

Teams of students are divided into cohorts and assigned weekly reading material that is designed to create different perspectives regarding wealth creation.  Each student is also assigned a mentor that provides guidance, motivation, and emotional support along the pathway toward graduation.

“The curriculum is designed to inspire students to build more wealth, not just professionally, but in ways where we could find success personally.  Information was imparted to help us grow long-term and promote our business for the future while investing in the community, ” said Gobidas. “I found the Pathfinders Apprenticeship program to be spiritual, mindset-oriented, and dynamic.  It’s not something you are going to find with many networking opportunities or church groups.   The combination is a perfect blend between the two so you can expand your thinking about whatever challenges you may be facing.”
